Standard Shipping is sent out through Amazon Fulfillment and it can take 7-10 Business Days for delivery
Expedite Shipping is sent out by a priority 3 Business days service thorough our Amazon Fulfillment Center or our local office depending on where we are shipping too.
Priority Shipping is sent out via a two buisiness day service
Amazon stores our product at numerous distribution centers and they use a variety of courier services to assist us and getting the product to you as quickly as possible. A tracking number will be sent to you when the item is in route to your address.
International Shipping is offered via:
USPS International Priority Mail: Typical delivery time is 7-10 Working Business Days
DHL Express: Typical Delivery Time is 2-4 Days
RETURNS: You must call to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We use this to track your refund and insure you receive credit. Call our main customer service line toll free 877-219-6124 to obtain your RMA Number. Return shipping needs to include tracking. We will credit your card withing 2 business days of receiving the returned shipment. Orders returned without an RMA will be Returned To Sender.
You have exactly 60 days from your order date to the time we receive the product back to claim your Great Swing Guarantee as that is what we have arranged with our credit card provider. Make sure if you are going to be requesting a refund, you contact us in time for you to get the product send back to us. The Great Swing Guarantee only applies to orders purchased directly from us. If you purchased an order through Amazon, they only allow 30 Days to request a refund.
